Know your limits

Awareness is key. When I need time to myself, I take it because I know the impact it can have on me. I know my triggers and when I’m mentally exhausted how to recharge. It’s all about making adjustments to your life instead of considering it a limitation. Know your limits, triggers, and threshold. Once a survivor, always a survivor.
