Addictive behaviors 

​It’s so hard to keep this one in check. I find something that fascinates me and I try to learn everything I can about it. Sometimes to the point where it’s harmful to myself (cutting out certain foods, not sleeping due to researching, etc…) Balance will always be my struggle. I get fixated and don’t know how to break it. I try to be mindful of when it becomes obsessive, but usually it takes the awareness of others. Grateful for them and keeping me in check.


  1. Same. My addictions just jump from one thing to the next. Right now it’s reading and watching everything I can about Bipolar. It has its pro’s, but I know it’s not good to be obsessed with anything.
