​It is ok to grow and it is ok to move on. This is especially true if the people in your life contribute to relapses and hinder your recovery. This is a hard step but it shows how strong and dedicated you are to your well-being. It may not be a drastic removal from your life, but at least make it a process to handle the change. Always put your health and well-being first. Never sacrifice either to maintain an unhealthy bond.
