I had a new respect for life. My personal life saver has been good food, exercise and learning to change my train of thought to fight the low days.   1. Very well said. Many people seem to think that suffering from some form of mental illness is ‘weak’ or something equally as rubbish. But to deal with it requires so much strength – and we are all very strong for getting through it.
